I think I have a social anxiety disorder.
Just now, as I am I am playing Tibia, someone sets down a thing full of food. I am not going to take it, but I want to play with their minds so I start moving it and stuff and they start freaking out. Then all of a sudden I start trembling. My hands mainly.
I do this alot when I am in a confrontational situation. Or nervous...when I was younger I always shook in class presentations. I still did by the end of grade 12 but it had decreased alot. But people would often comment on it.
The doctor said it is an essential tremmer because I get it when I am hungry too. And cuz my mom and grandma have that also. But I am thinking he didn't get the whole picture.
:-/It sorta freaks me out.

Hm, I wouldn't say that it's something that should seriously be worrying, as long as it doesn't stop you from performing everyday tasks and stuff. Actually, I guess it kind of makes sense that they would freak out if you start moving it looking like you're going to take the thing full of food but not. Maybe it just confused them, in that particular incident and they were wondering what you were doing.
As for shaking during class presentations, I think that most people experience such a thing. I don't, but that's because I'm just always naturally enthusiastic about things like that, but I've noticed that most people do than don't. Maybe you just got unlucky by being in a class full of people who are confident with giving presentations and stuff.
I don't really know what else to say, but congratulations on fighting it and making it decrease by the end of grade 12, and good luck with combating it in the future.

Thanks. I know others do too...but mine seemed worse. I couldn't even hold a sheet of paper.
My mom also suffered for a period of time from panic attacks. I only witnessed one and it was pretty damn scary. So I don't know...

I can't say I'm afraid of being up in front of people, but doing the littlest thing to annoy or be mean to them give me this sort of stupid adrienilene rush.
